Well, we finally made our very first trip to our new home of Cookeville, TN. It is a cute little town with some fun looking shopping, restaurants, and hiking. It actually seems a lot like Clemson with Tennessee Tech being the major thing around here.
We drove in early last Monday morning and started our house/apt hunt. We quickly shortened our list of possibilities when we found that half the places we were interested in did not take dogs. It ended up being a blessing in disguise and helped us find our place so fast.
We love the place we found and we have plenty of room for visitors!

So, once we had that taken care of we were ready to explore Nashville!! I couldn't wait to take Mac into downtown & show him how much fun it was. We walked around & shopped, had dinner, & ended up seeing Eric Church practicing for the CMT awards! What a treat!! We had a blast :-)
